Questions & answers
What documents do I need? +
A valid TRP (Temporary Residence Permit) is required to rent a bike.
What if the bike gets stolen? +
Every bike has a GPS tracker. If your bike is stolen, we will work with the police to locate and recover it.
Can I extend the rental? +
Yes. After the initial period ends, the contract renews automatically with no fixed end date — you keep the bike as long as you need it.
How do I return the bike? +
You can return the bike at any time. Just let us know at least 3 days in advance and we’ll arrange everything.
